You can make Inverter Battery Charger according to your needs according to the circuit diagram.
Here is an example circuit: A simple 24V 5-20AH Lead Acid Battery Charger Circuit
And then you can change the parameters of electronic components as you need.

This is a clean battery circuit that controls voltage and overload protection for 24V batteries from 4Ah - 20AH

The 4AH-20AH battery is the most commonly used battery in practice. You can connect 2 12V batteries in series to 24V for fast charging.

In this article, I introduce to you the battery charging circuit for 24V battery <20AH.

According to the principle diagram of the components needed in the circuit are:
  • A transformer 220V / 35V 3A
  • 1 diode bridge 3A or 4 diode 1N5003
  • IC LM317 + heatsink
  • Power resistance R2 = 0.85 Ohm / 2W or equivalent resistor suitable for calculating your protection current.
  • 1 Fuse F1 = 3A
  • With the variable resistor, resistor, capacitor as on the principle diagram above.
  • Batteries need charging

Principle of operation:
After assembling the circuit as the principle diagram, Let's start using it:
  • The transformer has the function of lowering the 220VAC voltage to 28V-35VAC output, this voltage is passed through the diode to rectify to a DC voltage.
  • Capacitor C1 is responsible for filtering and leveling the DC output voltage after passing the diode and is inserted into the LM317 IC. LM317 is a voltage regulator IC, the output voltage is adjusted by R3 and rheostat rheostat through the ADJ pin of LM317
  • R1, R2 and Q1 function to "sense" the current and overcurrent protection. When the charging current is too large, the VBE voltage of Q1> 0.65V Q1 will clear and pull the ADJ block of LM317 so the OUT voltage will be reduced.
